You don't have to take any medicine to become fat. Eat more no. Of chapatis, more rice with butter or ghee. Eat more fresh dark green leafy vegetables, more fresh fruits and also take fruit juices. Take creamed milk and also take milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also you must take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.

weight loss and management is depends upon the calory. You must take your diet according to calory.
Take low calory green leafy vegetables and fruits etc. Which are easy to digest as well as containing vitamins, minerals etc.
Don't take heavy food, fast food, junk food, oliy food, spicy food, rice, potato etc.
Drink more water 3 litres in a day.
Manage the stress and anger.
Regular walking for an hour 5 days in a week.
