Don't use orlistat as you are breast feeding, any other drug is also not recommended for you as your baby gets 1% of it through breast milk. What you should do is: avoid sweets and oily food. Reduce dinner quantity to half. Do morning walking dailyfor an hour. You will lose weight and become an attractive lady. Good luck.

You can stop medicines after 6 months of dosage. Medicines alone will not help you lose weight. You have to exercise and eat well to lose weight even after stopping the medicines.
Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest.
Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That...more
