Your symptoms are suggestive of complicated urinary tract infection. As per culture report, inj meropenem was good choice but it should be continued for longer duration followed by oral antibiotics for total of atleast 10 to 14 days. An ultrasound of kidney ureter and bladder and prostate is madatory. You should consult with a good physician or a nephrologist for proper evaluation of uti and optimal treatment. Take care.

Get stool routine examination done.
If there is no blood or mucous, no severe pain in abdomen, no fever then you can wait without any medication but for ors. If she is active passing urine, taking meals nothing to worry.

To identify the organism causing the infection, you will have to give a urine sample for culture. If the infection has lasted for 6 years that means it is probably resistant to a lot of antibiotics. It is better to get your gynaecologist to have a physical examination so they can rule out any other infection. You have been experimenting with so so many medicines for your fungal infection, most of which are not even antifungal... & even some are strong steroids with many adverse effects.
