Absorption of some vitamins are decreased in case of capsules and some people aren't able to absorb vitamin b12 at all. Supradyn is a multi vitamin and neurokind is a combination of of vitamin b12, folic acid and l- cartinine. There is no as such side effects of taking these medications in a day. One might complain of minor gi related complains which is self resolving usually. Take supradyn after food and neurokind lc with or without food anytime during the day.
