The normal lumen of Bile duct which is attached to gall bladder is around 4 mm. As you mentioned the stone size is 19 mm.

Gb polyps of about 1 cm size or less do not require any surgery. Stomach pain is unlikely due to gb polyp. It may be due to acidity or gastritis. So mwdication may help to relive the pain.
For, gb polyp follow up Ultrasound after about 6 months nd 1 years may be done. Will need surgery if signifiant increase in size.

Hi. Regarding polyps of GB there is a dictum. More than 10 mm remove gall bladder. Less than 10 mm remove gall bladder only if pain is there. Yours is too small. You just require to get ultrasound every 6 months to see any change in size.
