Hello, skinlite cream is a strong pigmentation reducer cream and shouldn't be used without a dermatologist's prescription. It contains steroid, hydroquinone and tretinoin. Though initial effects with the cream are good but prolonged use may lead to thin dry skin with visible thread veins, acne, red irritated skin.
So now you should gradually reduce its use and start applying aloe vera cream.
Take care.

Hello lybrate-user
Pigmentation of the lips can be due to a number of causes including genetic, hormonal or drug induced, metabolic causes etc. Avoid sun exposure. Use lip balm containing sunscreen with a sufficient SPF. Try taking oral antioxidants. Avoid using any cosmetic products as they may cause allergy and further enhance pigmentation. Hope that helps.
