Your condition is clear to me. After thr need physiotherapy. If it's not done then your problem like pain, swelling is not decrease as movement are not be able to achieve. You have mentioned 2 issues, one is to be dealt with a Dermatologist and that is your skin condition.
For your lower back , can you kindly tell me :
- Intensity and duration of your back pain?
- Any associated Leg pain , if present?
- Associated neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness and paresthesias in legs?
