Hi Lybrate-user,
I understand that you are lactating and have got a neck pain.
Although using these medicines is not a strict no but I would advice not to use them.
Go for physical therapy instead like hot water bottle or pain relieving gels locally.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Some of the most common side effects of thiocolchicoside include drowsiness, abdominal pain, gas, nausea, and diarrhea. If any serious symptoms such as itching, rashes, dry mouth, yellowing of eyes, a sudden drop in blood pressure, or a racing heart are seen, then one must immediately contact a doctor.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a treatment plan for you.
