U do blood test like serum Calcium and 25 OH hydroxy Vit D3 test and X-RAY L.S spine.
U can take- Calcirol sachet-1 weekly for 8 weeks and Gemcal- 1 daily for 5 weeks.

I am having pain right side of chest since 08.12.2019. It started while I was taking breakfast/lunch that day, may be in a hurry. I do not have any other health problems like bp, sugar etc. I am aged 62 years, go for regular walk in early morning, do some physical exercises etc. When it did not subside after 3 days, I had consulted a doctor on 11th who prescribed esofine dsr and etody. Even after taking them, still there is not much relief. Ecg is normal. The pain is mainly pronounced during intake of food and any liquids to some extent. Can you please suggest any remedy/treatment.

I havs ankylosing spondylitis for almost 20 years now and I have been taking etoricoxib 90 mg daily once, sulphasalazine 500 twice a day, folic acid tabs and methotrexate 2 days a week for almost 18 years now due to long periods of taking nsaid etoricoxib my doctor told Mr. my kidney is showing early signs of failure. Also I have been taking bp medicines telmisartan for the past 2 years. I have mow been advised to completely stop etoricoxib and I have to advised to take paracetamol 1000 mg instead and when extreme pain waverdol. I have tried both but my pain is too extreme and all my joint hurts a lot. I am taking nirgundi ras too for thr past 1 week along with paracetamol but pain is still unbearable. Any alternative solutions in ayurveda that is safe for my kidneys and liver and which can help me with my pain in the long run. I would really appreciated any help on this please.

Continuous intake of painkiller can damage kidney. For pain you can take tramadol which will very less toxic effect to kidney. Get dose of medicine adjusted. Do deep breathing exercise to relieve anxiety and in turn pain.

I have 9.6 uric acid test done before 10 days since than I am taking febuxostat 40two tab in a day n etoricoxib 90 mg but still my toes are paining and have swelling pls ans huw long pain will be there I am note taking protein as well.

After taking etoricoxib pain killer tablet she has itching started in body. Calcium tablet is taken sulfasalaz saaz. What bad maximum can happen? Please tell us what to eat. It's better to shift your treatment to Ayurveda. If she undergo detoxification therapy there is all chance to recover.
She needs strict diet plan.
Switch to ayurvedic treatment as soon as possible.
Following medicines can be given.
Cap Arjit forte 2-2-2 for 45 days.
Rasnaerandadi saptadi khada 15 ml twice with equal warm water before food.
Take hot fomentation.

I have been suffering from ankylosing spondylitis since 2013 and taking tab saaz ds and tab etoricoxib 60 mg for 3 years but worse part is that my pain and stiffness increase during September and october every year. Remaining months I feel comfortable. Why is it so? What should I do to overcome it?

Taking eterocoxib for long duration is not recommenced Pain is due to stiffness n that increases in cold Try to keep yourself warm during this period Do regular swimming or similar exercises in which all joints of body are used n movements occur.
