Cervical spondylitis is common at your age. By changing medications might not help you much. Ultracet will cause nausea, giddiness too.
You need more physio and safe medications.
Hope he did MRI scan, to see weather anything can be done surgically. Otherwise injections to neck will be much helpful.

Please do a CRP and ESR since you had extrapulmonary TB
You can do post partum exercises

Pain and swelling in the knee is due to some form of arthritis at your age.
You are taking polypharmacy with medications targeted to different forms of arthritis which is inadvisable please consult an orthopedic doc/ rheumatologist.

Hi there,
I will say that it is not wise decision to stop medicine without doctor consultation. Well gout is disease which takes time to cure and it has on and off period of pain. And during this you have to protect your joints and muscles to become stiff and weaker. So keep this in mind. I will suggest go again to your doctor hopefully it is rheumatologist explain your condition. And follow all advice. Also keep in mind that it will take time. Hi. Whenever you have a fall or injury resulting in pain and swelling, first 2 days do cold pack, no hot water bag. When the swelling reduces than you can go for hot bag.
Secondly you want to do Gym. If the pain is negligible and there is no stress on ankle than you can start with cycle and crosstrainer for cardio and upper body weight training and seated leg exercises like Leg extension and leg curl.
