If vision is so much affected and not responding to treatment then nowadays some patients are being given immuno-suppresive drugs. Hi,
as 10% of your problem is still left, better to avoid swimming at this stage although you will wear protective goggles, but somehow chances for exposure to infection increases. Take rest for few more days, let your eye problem get completely cured, only then think of re-starting swimming classes again.
