Altered signal intensity is seen in supraspinatus tendon appearing hyperintense on pd/stir extending to the articular surface at the foot print on the greater tuberosity s/o tendinosis with partial tear. Mild atrophy of supraspinatus muscle is seen. Mild impingement of acromio-clavicular joint over the myotendinous junction of supraspinatus muscle is seen with acromiohumeral interval of 6 mm. Rest of the rotator cuff muscles and tendons shows normal morphology and signal pattern. Biceps muscles and its tendinous attachment shoes normal morphology and signal pattern. There is e/o pd hyperintensity noted in the posterior inferior quadrant at 6-8 o clock position of the glenoid labrum s/o labral tear. M capsular détachment with fluid there is evidence of mild cortical irregularity with underlying subchondral t2 hypertension cysts noted in the intertubercle region at the posture- superior aspect of head of humerus. Acromioclavicular articulation appears normal in morphology with type 2 acromion process. Rest of the articular cartilages appear normal. Rest of the visualized bones are showing normal morphology and signal intensity pattern.

hello..our eye is like a camera and it has a lens inside it to focus the images just like normal camera...lens is transparent structure but with age it gets translucent and later opaque and this is known as cataract...posterior capsular cataract denotes area of lens that is opaque at that moment as opacification may be present in whole lens or a part of it...in posterior subcapsular cataract..opacification is in posterior part of lens...only treatment is surgery

I am 74, laparoscopic radical prostatectomy with bilateral dissection done in june 2013. Gleason score 3+7=7.pamorelin la 11 25 mg taken thrice. Psa was reduced to 0.008. Received radiation total dose of 6660cgy in 37 fractions nov 13 to jan 2014. Bone scan was negative. No followup last 8 years. Now psa is 85. Psma pet scan march 8th 2022, shows carcinoma prostate. Psma avid mesorectal pelvic and retroperitoneal nodes appear metastatic likely disease recurrence. Procedure done on 17th march 22. cystoscopy urethral dilation and bilateral sub capsular orchiectomy. Diagnosis distal bulwark urethral stricture, known carcinoma of prostrate. Tabi tab 50 mg for 60 days. Kindly clear my doubts doctor. 1. What are the chances of cancer cells moving out of prostrate to other parts of body through blood? Removal of both testicles done, whether it would stop further growth of cancer? Doctor opines, chemo and radio therapy not necessary. Tabi is effective after orchiectomy? What will kill the existing cancer cells? Whether ayurvedic medicine works? Kindly suggest effective treatment. I remain grateful to you. G v subba rao.
