Nobex twice weekly is protective so there should not be any chance of pregnancy. Even then the only confirmation is by doing a pregnancy test.

novex is a non steroidal hormonal contraceptive pill,if you have been taking it regularly then chances of pregnancy are negligible.
intake of novex can cause menstrual irregularities like delayed periods or decreased bleeding.

Most of the simple Fibroadenomas resolve with time. Complex fibroadenomas need Biopsy and if inconclusive then excision as small chance of phylloides tumour. For simple fibroadenoma, we advise regular monitoring with USG and Surgical excision only if symptomatic or enlarged significantly.
