Generally withdrawal bleeding starts after taking progesterone also in the latter half of the cycle and then stopping both together. However some people can get bleeding on estrogen also called break through bleeding

Its a contraceptive pill and hence chances of pregnancy are minimal, but should be started from day 2 of your menses and not mid cycle to delay menses.

if you were taking novelon regularly, there is no reason why you should get pregnant. if you had stopped novelon, then there was no protection. in that case, pregnancy is a possibility.
