Hello, thanks for the query.
Madam as I can see that you are already on multiple medications both oral and insulin injections. Whether to add one more can only be decided based on the actual blood glucose levels and hba1c%, plus your diet, height, weight and exercise schedule. Plus there is a need to know the level of kidney function like serum creatinine, urea, microalbuminuria, lipid profile and egfr. You have not given any of the relevant information. So there is no way to give any opinio...more

Post meal should be 150 around if you are not old age and don't have other problems. 3. You should starts acorbose or voglibose preparation after meal. 4. Post-meal control is very important. Hello-
The testicles are extremely sensitive organs. A minor strike to them can produce excruciating pain. More importantly, injuries can jeopardize the health and functionality of the testicles, possibly leading to male infertility. Therefore, testicle pain needs to be examined and treated immediately.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
The blood glucose level random is too high, suggesting no control on diabetes. It means Glycomet GP1 is not enough. There is a need for additional treatment. As regards Tab Glinzihenz, I am not aware what it contains. It is better if the contens are mentioned. Ideally blood glucose should be maintained as follows: FBG:< 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Then it is considered s good control and that helps prevent or postpone long term complication...more

You can very well increase the adherence to your diet and exercise regimen to help you to bring down your sugars. If that is not enough, you need dose revision for your medications. Please opt for a paid consultation to address your concerns in detail.

Thanks for the query.
HbA1c% 8.7 is high. At your age it should be maintained < 6.8. Apart from that it is important to know current fasting and PP glucose levels. Another important aspect is your weight and BMI. With a BMI of 31.98 kgs /Sq meter, yu are in grade 1 obesity. This needs to be addressed first. Your ideal weight should be 65 kgs, which means there is an excess of 22 kgs. Weight reduction will help in better control of blood glucose. In this communication we can only give general...more
