Hello sir, I use to take neugaba 75 capsules twice a day. I have a heart problem so my heart also contains pace maker. I saw one of the side effect of neugaba 75 is that it may give a issue of "chest tightness" so sir, I want to ask you that sir is there any problem taking this medicine. Will it effect my heart. My age is 86 years.

I am not diabetic nor having thyroid. But from the past 5 days having pain and burning sensation in hands and feet also muscles twitching. I have vitamin d deficiency. Is it the reason for burning and pain? Is Vitamin D responsible for this? I am really worried. Please tell me. Is it just because of vitamin deficiency? When will it recover? My all tests are normal. Most probably it is due to vit b12 deficiency. Check vit b12 and d3. And take treatment accordingly.

Your pain in the lower abdomen is not related to previous uterine pathology. The present compalint may be due to an inflammatory cause which needs thorough clinical exanination and detaled investigation.
