there should not be any problem now. what was the severity of reaction 30 years back? Generally, amoxycillin does not have a serious allergic problem. I feel you can continue.

Novamox is an antibiotic. It reduces any infection that may be present. For your pain, paracetamol can be taken. In case of no relief, hifenac-p (aceclofenac combination with paracetamol) can be taken.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 500mg and Few tips- avoid any triggering factor, take folicacid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free , exercise regularly

Have you fever, night sweating, wt loss then sputum test, chest x-ray should be done. If you gastric reflux then take PPI like pantoprazole, rabeprazole+domperidone for 15 days. Take Diethylcarbamezapine+cetrizine for 21 days. Amoxy clav for 7 days. Cough expectant.
