Hello you can use noskurf lotion on scalp at night time for 2 weeks.
8x shampoo 2-3 times per week, apply on scalp, keep for 5 min n washed it off, if dandruff goes, stop it n shift to medicated shampoo like triclenz or hair 4 you for regular use.
Do not oil your hair during day time, apply at nite or 10-15 min before hair wash. Cut down use of hair gels n spray. Thanx.

Hello Madam, I would recommend you to show a certified dermatologist in your area since your dandruff has not resolved after over the counter ktz lotion. You may need some additional lotions for application along with your current shampoos. Noskurf lotion can be applied overnight and washed in the next morning if you have severe dandruff but you should consult a dermatologist personally in addition.

Whenever you have dandruff never use any oil..
start Dermicee lotion bd and Ketoglare Shampoo which contains Climbazole..
use it regularly for 30 days.

There are 2 type of dandruff. If you see flakes then take sanicula 1m/ 2dose orally only once. Kali sulp 6x/bd daily 4- 4 tab orally
can notharisq+arnicaq+250 ml coconut oil. Mother tincture should be taken 1-1dram. External use
if it is in powder form apply only arnicaq+ 250 ml coconut oil. External use.
Arsenic album 1m/ 2 dose only once.
