You can use an antidandruff shampoo such as noskurf lotion to be applied overnight and washed in the morning atleast twice a week.

I can understand your concern but kindly do not take these medicines without a dermatologist opinion
dandruff can be cured by using various shampoos containing ketoconazole, zinc pyrithione. Ciclpirox olamine etc

You can try a shampoo containing selenium sulphide cyclopirox olamine zinc pyrithone along with salicylic acid and conditioner like alovera and icthyol. Start an effective oral antifungal tablet also.
