There's no cure as such. You might have to use shampoo for longer periods. But then it's just like any other regular shampoo. Why are you afraid of using a shampoo. It's not medicine or anything.

Hi am from pithoragarh I am facing this issue of hair fall and dandruff from past 3 years (2019) I consulted dermatologist 3 months ago he suspected seborrhea capitis and given me medication as follows- 1. Zydip c lotion to apply everyday 2. Protar k solution to wash in every 2 days 3.density tablets twice everyday 4.canditral 200 once everyday 5.onecan 400 once a every week 6. Xyzal 5 mg once everyday 7. Noskurf lotion to apply a night before the wash day. But my dandruff is not yellow in colour its white and when I wash my hairs with protar k solution as soon as my scalp dries up it becomes dry n white and dry scales can be seen on the scalp which on scratching a little it flakes up and on tapping these dry flakes can be seen like snow is falling so as after using the medication for continuous 3 months I think it shouldn't have to start flaking as soon as the scalp dries up and when I complained about the dryness he prescribed me noskurf lotion but this lotion has increased my hair fall the flaking is not going away and hair fall is so much that I have lost the density of my hairs in past 3 years so can you please suggest me any effective treatment to get rid of this dandruff and get healthy scalp as well as stop my hair fall and stimulate fast hair growth so that I can recover my previous hair density.

Do you have dandruff problem also. Regularly wash your hair with mild shampoo. 1. Vitamin for hair loss.(a, b and c)
2. Enrich diet with protein. 3. Do warm coconut oil massage. Take coconut oil and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage your scalp with this hot oil for a few minutes.
4. Avoid brushing wet hair. 5. Keep yourself hydrated. 6. Put on a shower cap for an hour then shampoo your hair. It helps to stop hair loss and promote hair growth.
7. Avoid hairstyles...more

Hello. Your scalp has to be examined to know whether it is dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis. Dandruff can come back again and again. Use anti dandruff shampoos to keep it under check. Hair fall in males can be genetic and due to androgens. Certain lotions can control it. Visit a dermatologist for your recurring dandruff and hair loss.

I am 21 year old male and I had a dry skin and scalp for the past 6 7 years which in time lead to dandruff and then seborrheic dermatitis and eczema, flaky skin, red skin/ irritation on my face, scalp and other parts. I am getting treatments from different dermatologist since past 2.5 years and almost all of them always advised me different types of anti fungal containing ingredients such as ketoconazole, ciclopirox olamine, zinc pyrithione, salicylic acid, fluconazole, terbinafine, fluticasone etc in different forms such as shampoos, creams, sprays, tablets. Now the thing is that almost 80% of the antifungal does their work, cleans the flakes and rashes but as soon as I discontinue these products, all the symptoms and flakiness tends to come back the very next day. All of these antifungal cleans the flakes but they do not really help in stopping them from coming back. I am very frustrated right now because you can not really use tons of these every single day for the rest of your life (and you should not they have side effects). This one doctor gave me an adequate reason after the blood test was that my blood eosinophil count was higher (536) than normal range (40-440). I could really really use some treatment or advice regarding how to stop these symptoms from coming back, thank you.
