You can use permethrin 5%lotion at bed time from neck to toe, tab bandy plus one tab once in a week for four such, salsia kt soap for bath.

-Do steam inhalation twice a day
- you can use xylometazoline drop but only for 3-4 days, prolonged use cause weakening of nasal mucosa & hence chronic infection
- consult an entire specialist for proper management.
