Yes you can, but make sure you don't do it regularly as alcohol worsens anxiety. If it is social drinking once a month or so, then fine. All the best.

Most drugs are used for many indications. From the drugs don't think about diagnosis. Septamin forte is usually given in Vitamin B12 deficiency. But can be given in many other conditions as an add on. Nexito though an antidepressant can be used for OCD, somatization disorders, IBS, etc. Inderal can be used to as an hypotensive. Inderal works on reducing you rapid hear beat when you experience anxiety symptoms. So taking inderal doesnt mean that you have a heart problem. It is not advisable to stop medications abruptly without the doctor's advice.
