If there is no other problem or your periods and blood flow is normal than no need but is there are any other symptoms than you should consult to a gynaecologist.

Yes, but it will not work until you reduce your weight. 95 kg for 5.3 ft is way too high. Reduce your weight and see the changes. Simultaneously check your thyroid levels and usg.

This drug does not terminate pregnancy
pls do scan- confirm intrauterine pregnancy and under medical supervision, you can do termination- its legal in India.

One gets withdrawal bleeding after gap of 3 to 8 days after stopping norethisterone if no pregnancy.
If this does not happen change in treatment required so meet gynecologist.

Normally after gap of 3 to 7 days after stopping tablets if there is no pregnancy and no other problem.
Sometimes 3 days is short period of treatment

I was taking norethisterone tab from 22nd December to 27th December, then I had unprotected sex on 29th and 30th December. After that I got my periods on 31st December. This month 31st January I didn't got my periods yet. Is this a side effect of norethisterone or am I pregnant?

She is likely to become pregnant, because ovulation could have taken place by 14 to 16th day. 70% of sperms will be there in the pre-ejaculatory secretions. Do a urine pregnancy test, to exclude pregnancy.
