Yes, but it will not work until you reduce your weight. 95 kg for 5.3 ft is way too high. Reduce your weight and see the changes. Simultaneously check your thyroid levels and usg.

One gets withdrawal bleeding after gap of 3 to 8 days after stopping norethisterone if no pregnancy.
If this does not happen change in treatment required so meet gynecologist.

Normally after gap of 3 to 7 days after stopping tablets if there is no pregnancy and no other problem.
Sometimes 3 days is short period of treatment
