2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

If you are not cured with these medicines then you should be investigated. I think colonoscopy would be better if you get it done.

Hello.
Antibiotics and local hygiene will give you temporary benefit if you have a fistula, as it's a chronic relapsing condition. Get yourself examined by a proctologist or a surgeon.
He may advise an mri fistulogram. And if you have a diagnosed anal fistula, then surgery is the best treatment option available.

Take mertifer Mr. 1 tablet twice daily after food for 5 days. Take citralka syrup 2 tsp in a glass of water twice a day. If possible get a urine culture and sensitivity done.
