Hello.
Antibiotics and local hygiene will give you temporary benefit if you have a fistula, as it's a chronic relapsing condition. Get yourself examined by a proctologist or a surgeon.
He may advise an mri fistulogram. And if you have a diagnosed anal fistula, then surgery is the best treatment option available.

The unwanted use of antibiotics in children are not advisable and if she goes to do poop it is normal. If you give anything in bottle you must stop bottle feeds and give her normal foods with a spoon only. You may give probiotics like nutrolin b syrup for a 7- 10 days.
