Don't take it on regular basis
Start taking ambimap (maharshi ayurveda) 1 tablet two times a day empty stomach...till ur symptoms subside

If you have taken this medicine for more than 8 weeks, you must get an endoscopy done.in any case the tablet is not really addressing symptoms of reflux and heart burn.
