If there is not any difficulty while swallowing or talking then you don't need to worry abt it. It will get normal with time. In the meantime make a habit of gargling with warm saline once a day.

I don't think Tonsillitis and Dizziness are anyway related. Tonsils can be treated by Antibiotics, Pain killers etc. For Dizziness you may need examination by a physician. Take adequate rest and plenty of liquids.

Hii. Cough during sleep can be due to sinusitis or enlarged adenoid glands. Please do a x ray sinus and soft tissue neck lateral view to see adenoids. Start metaspray at night, steam inhalation and betadine or warm saline gargle.

- Both have essentially the same constituent that is sodium chloride so will not be of much help
- to reduce bp you have to reduce the per day quantity of whatever salt you are taking.

The normal level for creatinine in a blood sample is up to 110μmol/l for males (0.11mmol/l) and 90μmol/l (0.09mmol/l) for females. Males have higher serum creatinine levels than females because males have greater muscle mass. As kidney function declines, creatinine and urea accumulate in the blood.

1.Do a complete blood examination like CBC, ESR, Mantoux test, X ray chest, Sputum examination for AFB. Consult Chest physician with report.
