My dad had paralysis attack. 4 Year later but after that his brain is not working properly every thing he say example he want to do toilet he do toilet in his bed and then he say that I want to do toilet earlier he regularly say to my mom that I want to do toilet can you suggest some tablet to sharpen his brain.

What I understand, your father had a stroke which involved an area of brain which involved cognition besides causing the weakness.
First of all, we would like to know whether his symptoms are progressing or not? As, because usually if itâs only related to that particular attack, symptoms should have improved/arrested by now.
If you find progressive features then either we need to optimize his medications/ look for any new lesion (reason) in the brain that is responsible for these symptoms.
Secondly, there is no definite recommendation (as per standard guidelines) of drugs that sharpen oneâs cognition for sure. However, there are lot of medications on vogue: mementine, dopamine agonist, piracetam, music therapy etc.
Please consider all these under guidance of a good Neurologist. Take help of Occupational and Speech therapist. The later two will guide his care givers with good cognitive and behavioural therapy (very essential part for his recovery).
