There was no reason for her to start norlut n so early. She could have waited for 2 weeks atleast i.e. Till 14 december. If she has started the tablets then ask her to take them for 5 days and then wait. Periods will come in 2-3 days.

She should get her cycle after five days of stopping tablet NorlutN especially if she is not sexually active

It can either be pregnancy or the effect of pills.
