I am experiencing frequent urination since last 5 days now. This started to happen after I introduced kutki powder and basil seeds to my daily routine. Neither do I feel have any burning sensation. Urine quantity is even normal. Feels like going every 45 mins or even less sometimes. I consulted a bhms doc in my locality and he gave me norfloxacin and tinidazole tabs and himalaya renalka syrup. It some what did good after 3 days of use but as the meds are exhausted the situation has come back. Not sure what's causing it, I recently made changes to my diet and consume 180 gms protein a day. 7 egg whites in the morning, 300 gms cooked boneless chicken plus 1 cucumber, 1 tomato & 1 carrot as a part of salad and the same menu is repeated in the dinner. One litre cow milk throughout the day. I was on pexep cr 12.5 for 20 days due to general anxiety 10 days ago. Could any of these cause a frequent urination. How do I know what's actually going on?

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. Frequency of urine usually increases when there is urinary infection or a person has high blood glucose. There are other causes also but these two are commonest. So please get routine urine examination along with microscopy to see if there is any infection. Plus also get you blood glucose (fasting, pp & hba1c%) checked. You have not mentioned the age, so no idea abit it. However, with a bmi of 42 kgs /sq meter you are already having...more

I am 28 years male I have been suffering from gargling sound in my stomach with stomach upset for almost 2 months, which I was not understanding why it is happening. Initially I had bleeding in my stool as I have a lump around my anus which indicate piles but not sure whether bleeding come, because of piles or anything else as I had lots of spice food consistently 2 days before of this problem and started bleeding for another 2 days and then go away. And I have chronic constipation problem and I was using isabghol to cure my constipation which really helped to cure it. But since the time this gargling sound started in my stomach I started to worry more and I used so many medicine prescribed by Dr. but did not work.. So Dr. prescribed me to start Isabghol again. And I started to use isabghol which helped passing stool very smoothly, but still gargling sound was coming from stomach and after couple of days I realized I have started loose motion with fluffy/mushy soft stool and feeling weak/weight loss because of taking extra fiber. And yesterday I decided to take Norflox TZ which I usually take since my childhood to cure loose motion and thanks to God I observed its relaxed me, But I just wanted to know can I take Norflox TZ with Neksium 40 and normaxin RT which was recently prescribed by my Dr. to cure acid reflux and stomach ache.

You may have to find out whether you are specifically allergic to some food item. Avoid outside food. Keep watch on weight whether it is going down. There is a possibility of irritable bowel syndrome related to anxiety or stress. Consult experienced and reputed gastroenterologist. Do not change, as you may need regular periodic review and follow up.
