Good morning
she is severe allergic reaction to sulphur & norflox group drugs and not to covid vaccine.
Allergy have specificity, that means if she have severe allergic reaction to sulphur & norflox group drugs then she will develop severe allergic reaction to sulphur & norflox group drugs, not to covid vaccine.
She can take anti allergic medicine before and after vaccinations
but if she still fear with vaccine she can reduce the ml of dose and do sensitivity test with vaccine.more

If you are sexually active you should bother about vaginal discharge and get pap smear done .if not sexually active do not bother .small vaginal discharge if does not smell bad or fishy , or cause local irritation will not require treatment.

Hello lybrate-user.
Since you already used a course of antibiotic and symptoms haven't reduced, the next best to do would be to get "urine for culture and sensitivity" in this we will know the type of bacteria causing the infection and the medicines which work against it. After getting the report, you can directly use the medication given in the report.
And some general measure to be followed are
-drink plenty of water. Stay hydrated.
