I'm 21 years old, I got my periods on Feb 7th and it's delayed for 2 months and I made urine test it showed negative and went gynecologist and she gave amenova 5 mg tablet to take three days for three times, the course completed and it's third day after course completed till now periods not occurred.

Not recommended as this would jus throw your hormonal balance into a disarray and your menses would get delayed and irregular anyhow. PRACTICE BARRIER CONTRACEPTION.

it might be the side effect of medicine, since it is one many side effect list. you can try it by changing/ stopping the medicine if the ailment is gone or problem is solved. otherwise go for mild intermittent Stretching exercises after every period of rest.
