Yes clonazepam acts on liver It doesnot cause high temperature of body. You suffered from jaundice in 1998 a long time ago. So just relax do not think about this illness.
It does not significantly causes imbalance of bile. Keep tracking your LIVER FUNCTION TESTS at least once in a year.
Advice: Start tapering your lonazep dose and stop with the consultation of your psychiatrist other wise you will be dependant on lonazep.

Ativan and lonazep belong to same group (benzodiapine).
Its generally irrational to take both of these together on daily basis for any medical condition.
Consult a nearby psychiatrist for making your prescription more rationale.

In addition to medicines, addressing what's keeping you awake and making you anxious might be more helpful. I practice cbt and use various relaxation techniques to help with sleep, overthinking and anxiety. Setting a pre-bed routine and getting some physical activity can help you. Switching off your devices an hour before can be beneficial as well.
