Hello lybrate-user. I do not find any problem in that but would have been better had you discussed this issue with your trwating physician. What you can do is first stop thinking about it. Go to bed relaxed and only when you feel sleepy. Do not 'try' to sleep but let sleep come to you.in case you have problem you can take clonazepam on as-and-when required basis. Best luck thanks.

This medicine needs to be monitored at least every 3 months, kindly consult any astute psychiatrist online or nearby and get evaluated. Annual blood tests need to be taken, clonazepam after some time should be attempted for tapering and stopping, etc. Good luck.

You can take plain escitalopram, without clonazepam along with a mood stabilizer, plus combine with cognitive behavior therapy from a clinical psychologist. All the best.

Dear lybrate-user, petril is a benzodiazepine. It might be habit forming and hard to stop. It may be easy to stop for you at this young age. You can also learn other methods to manage your anxiety. Before it becomes habit forming, your psychiatrist is tapering it off. Please follow up with her/him.

Zapiz is plain clonazepam, petrol beta is clonazepam plus inderal a beta blocker. Both relive anxiety symptoms but don't address the cause. You need medications of ssri or snri group, which improve the serotonin levels in your mind (brain) and relive anxiety on a longer run. So better consult a psychiatrist for proper treatment. Good luck.
