Hi, I read your problem. Your son unfortunately has seizure disorder. These disorders need a lot of patience from the side of physicians and neurologists and most of it is born by the parents. He might have behavioral disturbances which are not uncommon in seizure disorder. Adding an antipsychotic agent (serotonin dopaminergic) agent might help. Chances of recovery at this age and after 5 years is minimal or low. the brain recovers worst after any insult.

Medications can only stimulate the neurotransmitters, they work for some and do not for others. Especially for those recovering from post traumatic sequelae, it is not easy. Keep trying various options. Good luck.

Ecospirin and atorvastatin are essential in preventing ischemic stroke. Further medication is required based on the presence of intracranial blood vessel occlusion, presence of atrial fibrillation (rhythm abnormality of heart) etc. Which can be commented only after getting results of ct angiogram/mri tof ,ecg and echo of heart. You have high frequency hearing loss as per the audiometry report but you did not mention the type of hearing loss, like conductive or sensory-neural, it will be better if you attach the pta report, your doctor has given good drugs, get the hba1c and fasting blood sugar done. As per history the tinnitus increases with the exposure of loud sound, it could be recruitment also which happens when there is some problem with the cochlea. Detailed investigation is necessary.
