Acetazolamide increases the metabolism of levonorgestrel (unwanted 72) this decreasing its efficacy ,they both shoud not be taken together
acetazolamide should be taken at 24 hrs after taking levonorgestrel.

Both are good depends on patient condition and special situation. Get your PT INR checked which should be in range of 2-3. I feel 1mg is very low dose.

All medicines should be taken with plain water. Having said that, I don't think anyone could vouch for the efficacy of a medicine. But it should work. What is the problem?
