You have pharyngitis and you have taken the correct combination of medicines and drink lot of water (3=4 liters) and azithral for three days.

If that doesn't work please follow these herbal combination for complete cure
sootshekhar ras 1 tablet twice a day
chandanadi avleh 10 gms twice a day
chandanadi lepam.

Your child has infection which may need a different antibiotic and need blood and urine tests. Azithral can be given only if infection is proven.
