Dear lybrate-user Since you have lupus nephritis your CKD is likely to progress over time. You need regular follow up with your nephrologist to monitor progression and modification of medications with time. Apart from creatinine, potassium you have to target Hb, calcium, phosphorus, uric acid, Urine protein and RBCs, and bicarbonate. Dietary precautions are also very important. Get a urine routine and microscopic examination, urine culture if you are suffering from recurrent uti, serum calcium, urine ph and bicarbonate estimation to exclude distal renal tubular acidosis, serum uric acid estimation. Have plenty of water. And 9 mm stone is unlikely to go away with meds. You myt need surgical management.
