Hello Sir,
Choice of antihypertensive medicines is done on the basis of comorbid disease and age of the patient.
Calcium channel blockers would suit to your profile. Betablockers like Nebilong should be avoided in diabetic patient and patient above 70 (It may be used in some heart problem or if BP not controlled with ARBs and Calcium channel blockers).

Hi , don't worry. There is nothing serious right now. The sugar levels shoot up temporarily due to many reasons. Just check your sugar levels regularly for the next 3 months and then contact a physician or an ayurveda consultant in case there are many variations in the sugar levels.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
For your lipids you may need just a statin like Rosuvastatin 5 mg. There is absolutely no need for fenofibrate, (F) as TGL value is just 197 mg. Unless TGL go beyond 500 mg there is no need to worry about. Properly balanced healthy diet plus regular exercise will be more than sufficient. Thanks.
