Swelling of lids could be due to multiple problems'
infection, allergy, meibomian gland disorders and many more.
One needs to personally examine before prescribing any drops.
Meanwhile do hot fomentation (dip clean handkerchief in lukewarm water and keep over closed eyelids. Visit eye specialist who would find out exact cause and treat the cause itself.

*wash hands with soap every time you go for toilet
*keep your hand towels separate
*drink boiled water
*don't eat raw food, outside food
*don't drink outside water
*eat soft diet and avoid spicy and fried food.

Use soft cervical collar for 2-3 weeks. Medications like Enzomac and Etova Mr. will help.
Moist Hot water compression will help.
Gentle active and resisted neck exercises will help.
Avoid jerky movements.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it.
SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL
Use no pillow under the head.
DO HOT FOMANTATION.
Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10.
Do neck, back & general exercises.
It may have to be further investigated.
You will need other supportive medicines also.
Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it.
Use no pillow under the head.
Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10
paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises
make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take
do not ignore it.
It may have to be further investigated.
It could be beginning of a serious problem.
