for scabies just take tab. Ivermectin 6mg in night time for 2days. It gives you best relief. Next day wash your hair with good shampoo. For face you can continue that cream.

First of all confirmation of disease is very important you may be having some other disease looking like scabies secondly only permethrin may not be suffice and way of applying or other steps may not be taken by you may be cause of not curing of scabies eumosone is not going to cure you better discuss with any dermatologist including me for proper management.

Hi this is called genital scabies which happens after scabies episode, not to worry apply hhsone ointment v lightly on lesions. It will be fine.
