You need to be examined by general surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to know that what exactly it is, if it is fissure then use ointment lox anally before defecation and ointment nitrogesic anally qid, keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and high fiber diet even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs, treatment goes for months, if not treated surgery should be done.

I would add using a sitz bath with plain hot water 3 to 4 times a day. If you are not cured by 3 weeks and you continue to bleed go in for surgery as it is veryveffecive.

Nitroglycerin — usually taken as a tablet under the tongue — relaxes heart arteries, so blood can flow more easily through the narrowed spaces. Some blood pressure medicines also relax and widen blood vessels. Aspirin. If doctors suspect that your chest pain is related to your heart, you'll likely be given aspirin.

It is ok as it is true the effectiveness of a drug may decrease over time, but much of the original potency still remains even a decade after the expiration date. Excluding nitroglycerin, insulin, and liquid antibiotics, most medications are as long-lasting.
