2. Reduce body wt if over wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. No sugar, potato, rice

The best way to control your sugar is to follow the treatment advised by endocrinologist. There are many good endocrinologist in delhi. You can consult them. On this forum I think question should be about basic queries. So answer to your question
1 consult doctor whom you have faith and endocrinologist will be better choice.

There is no fit for all medicines. You have mentioned your medicines but you have not mentioned your Regular BP, Sugar, Cholesterols. Based on them only it is wise to change medicines. If you have not done any of those investigations kindly get them done.
