Hello Noor! Purchase V-Gel of Himalaya Company. You have to apply it in vagina with the help of applicator provided with the medicine. Use Alum (Fitkari) water to wash vagina and avoid having sex. Do this for 4-5 days and see the difference. If you don't get any result then go for culture.

Uti is one of the cause of pain abdomen but not the only cause, there may be other disease overlapping uti, you should go for usg w/a, look for fever & repeat c/s.

If the BP is low then Asomex -tm should not be given, but since you have not mentioned the BP value, it will be difficult to determine what are you referring to as low BP. It will be best if you consult your treating doctor and discuss with them so that they can evaluate the BP and decide.
