This is for short term use for insomia, you need to take under the supervison of pycologist, it will help you to treat you sleep disorder also will get you out of your depression. Constant thinking and negative feeling is one of the reason. You have to face challenges, become positive, bold. For long term solutions. We should avoid synthetic sleep, happyness in long term. yes, zolpidem do cause memory problems especially retaining whatever you study. Paroxitine is quite safe in this aspect and in itself capable of inducing sleep and relieving anxiety, so it can be taken in long term too, especially if it helps you in tackling anxiety. So, ask your psychiatrist to help you get rid of zolpidem.
