Do not take medicines. You will develop a habit. Try to find out the cause. Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Occasional use of this medicine is ok that too if it's prescribed by your doctor after clinically examining you you should try other methods like planning your daily activities time wise including sleeping as wrll as getting up time and with lots of interesting hobbies activities and exercises of uour choice read books and go out in the open for walks etc try to stay away from stress and strain anxiety tension depression etc.
