Guidelines state that 4th generation HIV tests (antigen/antibody) will detect 95% of infections four weeks after exposure. A negative test after four weeks then needs to be confirmed with a second test three months after the risk. This is in case you take longer than four weeks to generate an antibody response.

Sir, external injury to forehead is much important with respect to injury inside the cranium and not externally to forehead. External injury may be treated with application of soframycin if trivial. Main concern is brain injury. Watch for symptoms such as vomiting, convulsions, unconsciousness after fall. If any of these are visible, visit pediatrician 24-48 hours observation may be needed. Hello. This is mostly due to mechanical reasons. Good postural care will relieve you of your symptoms. Use a firm bed. Avoid prolonged sitting. Take a break in-between. Warm compress helps a lot.
If symptoms still persist, you need to get an x-ray done.

Dear , get an ecg done. If it is normal I think it could be' frozen shoulder" which is quite common in diabetes. You can take pain killers apply diclofenac ointment and do physiotherapy. It might take some time but in most patients the condition goes away within 2 yrs
