Occasional use of this medicine is ok that too if it's prescribed by your doctor after clinically examining you you should try other methods like planning your daily activities time wise including sleeping as wrll as getting up time and with lots of interesting hobbies activities and exercises of uour choice read books and go out in the open for walks etc try to stay away from stress and strain anxiety tension depression etc.

Common cause for mouth breathing in children is presence of adenoid glands in the air passage. Blocked nose due to cold etc. Can also cause this.
Best precaution is making the child to sleep on sideways. Have check for the above.

Sir, external injury to forehead is much important with respect to injury inside the cranium and not externally to forehead. External injury may be treated with application of soframycin if trivial. Main concern is brain injury. Watch for symptoms such as vomiting, convulsions, unconsciousness after fall. If any of these are visible, visit pediatrician 24-48 hours observation may be needed.
