Hye,
Most often feeling sleepy could be because you have disrupted your sleep hours, like studying late at night, excessive tea or coffee, excessive weight, a very heavy meal or disturbed sleep can lead to make you feel sleepy.
Avoid very late and heavy dinners.
Do not take too much tea of coffee to keep awake for studies.
Try to maintain a timetable for sleep.
Drink water at frequent intervals.

It's very common thing. Nothing to worry regarding this. It's just you are habituated for sleep. Try doing some alternative routine things like learning music and playing games whichever you are comfortable. Have good diet first.
