Nitrosun tab is prescribed for severe sleep disorders, if taken for long time causes habit forming tendency if stopped abruptly it causes withdrawal symptoms, it is contraindicated in pregnancy and while breast feeding .it should be taken only if prescribed by a doctor.

Common cause for mouth breathing in children is presence of adenoid glands in the air passage. Blocked nose due to cold etc. Can also cause this.
Best precaution is making the child to sleep on sideways. Have check for the above.

Guidelines state that 4th generation HIV tests (antigen/antibody) will detect 95% of infections four weeks after exposure. A negative test after four weeks then needs to be confirmed with a second test three months after the risk. This is in case you take longer than four weeks to generate an antibody response.
