atenolol ok, in fact excellent at your age. American recommendations based on very old patients. if you follow america, you will have very fat health bills and and average health. Try to follow countries with better health. So follow Swedish Cuban etc recommendations, and for other health questions try to follow the lifestyle of those who live to 90.

While you are on amlodipin+Nebuvilol B.P has come down to normal.
That means you require that dosage.You should continue the same drugs and get checked your BP every 10days .You are supposed to change the dosage, when it is advised by doctors only.Don't experiment with drugs ,you may have to face serious complications.

Atenolol 200 is a quite high dose. Need to consult your cardiologist whether you really need it. Have a close monitoring of your heart rate.
