This is a very powerful drug and he is consuming way too high a dose. I don’t know where he is getting his funds to maintain this habit but something has to be done about that to limit his access to those resources. Then I suggest that he goes for immediate rehabilitation to a recovery center and stay there for at least 6 months until he is all clear and clean. The tablet your father taking is highly addictive. You need to consult a psychiatrist and give him proper medications for his sleep and emotional problems. Safe medications will be beneficial and non addictive and they are not harmful on a longer run. Good luck.
